Solution Architect - SharePoint Integration - (Long Term Contract)

Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
7 + years of professional development experience using SharePoint applications, SQL, VB.NET, C#, XML and other .NET technologies
Experience developing and implementing custom SharePoint features to enhance out of box SharePoint functionality
Strong understanding of SharePoint 2010/2013 architecture
Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions using / customizing appropriate SharePoint web parts, workflows, CSS, XSLT, HTML and other web development technologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (2003/2007/2010), Microsoft SQL Server (2005/2008/2012), Windows Server (2008/2012), SharePoint (2010/2013) and supporting technologies, including SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Excel Services and Search Service.
Hands on experience with Java Script, Windows Workflow Foundation, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analytical Services, IIS, PowerShell scripts,
BI/Reporting technologies and Active Directory/LDAP helpful.
Project management or security technologies experience
Experience in workflow creation using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio and other workflow tools (Nintex, Integrity etc.).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience interfacing directly with business end-users in design and requirements gathering
Knowledge and experience with Open Text Content Server and SAP will be considered an asset
Familiarity with third party solutions for SharePoint integrations with other systems helpful
Microsoft Certification(s) for SharePoint is an asset
